In 2010 after my son was born and i was in hospital i phoned Clientele Life with regards to my hospital cash back plan i was supposed to receive R4000 from them, seeing I was on a R 2000 per day for every day spent in hospital past 2 days, so i phoned clientele life and the Lady said it would be no problem, so then when they phoned me back they told me that they don't cover preexisting conditions and i was already pregnant when i first phoned for the policy, I phoned in may for the policy to start on the first of June, i did not know i was pregnant as n pregnancy is first confirmed as a pregnancy @ 8 weeks of gestation, i found out on the 31st of May that i am pregnant and was confirmed later in June that it is viable pregnancy, but Clientele said that because i already knew i was pregnant 2 days before my deduction of my policy they will not pay, that is inhuman and i was stunned, i canceled on the spot and have been advising every one I meet not to go with Clientele, On there tv ads they mention, "Even preexisting conditions like pregnancy and HIV is covered" #moneymakers #falseadvertising. Worst company in the world
