Last year I wanted to take a policy with Liberty. On August 20 Liberty's consultant called me and conducted a telephonic interview. One of the questions asked was about whether I was pregnant - the answer was yes (I was about 30 weeks pregnant). Later I nurse was sent to do the medical test (03/09) - I notified her of my condition since my pregnancy was not noticeable. I asked if there will be any problems that will hamper the objectives of the medical test to which she said no and confirmed that we can proceed. The results of the urine test indicated that the protein level was high - I asked if it is a problem but she said it would be if I was not pregnant, indicating that it is common for protein levels to be high during pregnancy. An e-mail (19/09) from my financial adviser's office indicating that "to schedule another appointment due to information received in a report from your Doctor" at this point Liberty had not spoken to my Dr - I wanted to know which Dr have they spoken to - no one could explain. 20/02/2013 my adviser gave me feedback that Liberty got a report from my Dr but still wanted to do another since i am no longer pregnant... done but still another is requested??
