Worst response from KFC

A few months ago I wrote a report on the poor service received by this Franchise and I had to wait more than 45 minutes for my meal which they did eventually get wrong and they forgot what I had ordered. I received a call from Vernon who is the Area manager. He was willing to compensate me with a meal for my family. I responded by saying that instead of giving me a meal you should rather make a donation to the Durban Children's Home as I was in the process of donating Streetwise Ones to 50 children. Vernon then said he will get back to me. I waited about 3 weeks and finally I contacted him and he said he will throw in the chips to go with the Streetwise Ones as he will not be able to give me a discount on the Chicken. That is very cheap of KFC or that particular franchise. It has now been 3 months since I heard from Vernon. I request that Vernon donate the meals to the Childrens Home due to their poor service. Whoever reads this and thinks otherwise is free to contact me. I don't have anything to do with this Home but because I normally help this Home, I wanted KFC to also help.
