This is what I wrote to Vernon from MFC on 6 May.the amount of R582.00 was deducted from my account without my consent.
I want that money to be payed back into my account, because i was never involved when my name was taken out of inatis.

The amount that went off was a system generated debit order.
Let us leave it like that for now so that your account is not in arrears.
Once we get payment from the insurance then your account will be in credit.
We will then transfer the funds back to you.

This was done in a wrong way, i never agreed for the money to be deducted into my account.
How long must i wait for the money to be credited back into my bank account?
Vernon: We have requested a refund it should be in your account already it 13 May.

The refund money is not reflecting on my bank account.
I'm still waiting for your call as you promise Monday it was 16 May.
Me: Hi Vernon
I haven't receive the money that spouse to be refunded, and you never call me as you promise to regarding this money issue 17 May. He never responded again and the money was never payed into my account.
