The Hospital account was not paid in full, i called to get the reason why the shortpayment, she let me hold to chech with different departments, when she came back to me, she gave an exellent answer whereby i was so satisfied as she could hear tht i was frustrated and desparate for a positive answer, now i know exactly what happend and who to contact to sort out the uapaid claim, i like the way she even made me comfortable over the phone with her sweet voice and assuring me that, at the end i will be happy with the outcome of the query.
