I sent an email end Nov/beginning Dec requesting that our baby be added to our medical aid - this was done very quickly: thank you very much - I've been requesting an updated medical aid card for almost 2 months now. Everytime I receive an email saying it has been posted and will take 7 working days, then I receive an email to confirm my physical address - when will I receive my medical aid card? Everytime I get a response its been posted - well I have NOT RECEIVED it! I expect this matter to cleared up and finalised as soon as possible. I pay alot of money for medical aid each month which gets deducted very quickly on the appropriate day, why do I have to wait so long for my medical aid card!
