In my line of work I have to phone to obtain authorisations a lot. I feel relieved when I get through to Shaun or Vincent, because then I know I'm in good hands. I had to phone again yesterday afternoon (Friday) just before 16h00. Vincent was helpful, friendly and efficient as always, and that on a Friday afternoon! It must be exhausting to assist over the phone the whole day, and in most cases, with most call centres, it sounds as though the person on the other side is almost too tired to open his mouth, nevermind go through the whole drill of benefits and "service providers that Discovery has an agreement with...". But Vincent answers the phone with enthusiasm every time and alwyays speaks clearly. A big thumbs up and a huge thank you from me. PLEASE keep it up!
