Informs the service provider that my child cannot be verified on acc, whilst all his info correspond with the member statement. No sms, no phone, no email was sent to me, acc now stale and they do not want to pay. Cannot provide me with an explanation of the "cannot verify dependant" or "why they have not informed me" of their original concern when acc was submitted on same day of event. Absolute horrific if you think to how many other people they maybe do it to!!!
