MEDICLINIC BREACHES PATIENT CONFIDENTIALLY

A senior manager of Mediclinic Vereeniging and it appears a local physician, Dr. George Anderson, have circulated details of a potential medico legal claim to various parties in the city, including their competition hospital / (s) against know and accepted company policies. This has put a former patient and her family at serious medical risk now being refused all medical treatment. Her GP, Dr. Gys de Beer, refused chronic medication to her and her husband because of this - he was not ever involved, but chose to be. During late 2012 she was subjected to four operations and twice needed to be resuscitated whilst under anaesthetic from incompetent procedures carried out by a 70 year old urologist, Dr. P. de Bruin and then a local, new surgeon. She went into renal (kidney) failure due to his total and it's submitted his abysmal incompetence. Her husband, on questioning Dr. Anderson was told blatant for her first cardiac arrest. As a potential medico legal claim is pending this is: "Issued without prejudice"
