Costs reversed

This morning I received a text message to contact Maria Manganyi regarding the hospital costs that will be reversed by Bonitas. My son was bumped by the car and was taken to hospital in june. I tried to find out from her why and how does it. She told me that I will have to pay the costs and ask me what happened on the day I said I'm sorry mam I was not present when it happened but I can get the details from the investigating officer.she told me straight, sorry the costs will be reversed. I requested her write this down why that I have to pay because I never been involved in an accident before and the rule that says so. She fowarded me the form requesting information from me and after that she told me she is going to reverse the costs without allowing me to fill it in the form and send it back to Bonitas. I find it arrogant and lack of customer service. I will be changing madical aid next year I will join Bonitas competitor. I was with Bonitas for years now I think I can get better service elsewhere .she is not doing me a favour I pay for this service.
