Daylight! I pay, Bonitas saves!

Ive been with Bonitas for about5yrs, Ive been to see the Dr about 2ce since Ive started with them, Ive been in hospital 2ce, 1emergency (also a problem about Bonitas not paying for that)&1ce for an Op, also payment issues by Bonitas. In the last 2 1/2 yrs I've been to see my Dr 1ce, I havent used Bonitas for any medication etc in this time. In Jan 2013 I used my card for the first time for an amount of R136.50. I mailed them 143 hours ago to notify them that I need to see a specialist for eczema, still no response from them even though I've emailed them again, do they even care about their clients? I've spent R29496 with Bonitas in the last 2yrs&my premium has recently risen by over R100, that means this year it will be another R16800. So today I go see the Dr&chemist, &I still have to pay about 35% of the bill for medication which costs only around R500? How is this possible? In the last 2 years I spend R30k with them&I spend almost none of my savings but yet I still have to pay 30% of the money when Dr time comes. Not fair Bonitas, not fair, absolutely absurd. All you guys care about is the money&definitely not about your high spending clients. I could've saved that R30k &paid cash today.
