I miss Discovery Health

I was forced through a company buy-out to move from Discovery to OMSMAF. The service and the product fail on all levels. The benefts are inferior and the cost is far greater. The call centre IVR system keeps me for 3 minutes before giving me the option to select the desired department. The call centre agents are rude and lack the required knowledge. Everything is an effort and requires huge amounts of patience while the call centre staff battle through a conversation. Mescheme is 20 years behind the technology trend and their service is no better than that of a supermarket teller. As soon as time affords it, I will make every effort to circumvent policy and move back to Discovery. Or anywhere else that is not Medscheme.
