I don't call so often (once a year) Discovery call centre as I use web site a lot, but usually when I do it is always pleasant experience as Discovery call centre consultants are really good ; that was at least my experience until now.
I just had a 10 min chat (09:25h, 03/05/2013) to a lady (sorry can't remember exact name) who is helping with Vitality queries and she was quite nervous, un-polite and very impatient with me. I really regret phoning Discovery call center as I don't like speaking with rude people.
I think that Discovery needs to make sure that their consultants are there to help Discovery members in professional manner as members are the one paying for their service.
