I called in for some assistance in obtaining hospital authorization, FEDHEALTH. I was fortunate enough to to have my call accepted by Alistaire. He politely introduced himself, checked my details and then promptly and professionally went on to explain the process and what was required of me. He was polite at all times.

My questions were all answered to my complete satisfaction. He had the answers at his fingertips, which says a lot for his knowledge and competence of the tasks he is required to perform. He is an asset to the Medscheme Call Centre.
