1. Change of my policy without informing me - In May Affinity Health had some changes, upon that they went and changed my policy from a 6 month to 24 months endorsement. Upon asking why was told the following - "The 24 month endorsement is for the Hospital portion of the policy. Even if it was not reflecting as an endorsement on the policy, pre-existing has a 24 month waiting period The 6 month was relating to the day to day portion of the policy." Which by no means did anyone from Affinity health inform me of this. Only Upon asking in emails from 13 September 2013 until today, did I received my reply by the Affinity Health by the case manger whom informed the lady by the name of Sara to reply to me.
Its taken me over 6 months to finally get to the bottom of a lot of issues but then I have this to deal with. Makes you wonder if changes happen in any company that the poor clients get the back end of it.
