My 74 yr old father collapsed on Friday afternoon and my daughter took him to the casualty dept at the Springs Parkland clinic. after being there for 2 hours he had not yet seen a doctor as the nurse in charge AKA felt that he was not a priority and was not in need of urgent attention as he did not have chest pains.
Needless to say I left the clinic with my dad and went to another private hospital where he was treated in their casualty and with in an our he had blood work done and had been seen by doctors before being admitted with "renal failure".
Just because there is "no blood and guts" does not mean there is no emergency. Perhaps your name should be changed to "Death health " because you do not care about your patients. Will rather die on the side of the road before being admitted here.
