On the 22 March 213, I Mrs Ferrana Poonan was sufferong from a chest pain which led into my neck and left arm. I was taken to the casualty at Lenmed Clinic in Lenasia. The doctor examined me, I clearly told the doctor if he suspected bronchitis he should not treat me because i have one year waiting period, Dr Bullah told me he does not understand why i have a waiting period because it is not a chronic disease, The doctor examined me, had me on a heart machine, did a chest and neck x ray, bloods were taken. Dr Bullah booked me in for observation.the dortor asked me if i wanted to see a psycologist because i was depressed and had anxiety. the next morning Dr Bullah requested a physiotherapist because my nenck were in spasm. The Sunday morning i was discharged.on mt discharge i was given a percription to collect medication from lenmed chemist. Dr Bullah nor the casualty staff at lenmed hospital informed me that discovery medical aid declined the authorisation of my hospital procedure.a few moths later i received an sms from lenmed account dept stating that i should pay my outstanding acc, when i contacted discovery med aid they said i was treated for bronchitis.
