Earlier this year I took my mother to get new spectacles. She is notoriously difficult to please. Ms Nicholson and the other staff at Northgate Torga were wonderful. Mother is very pleased with the treatment she received - as well as being satisfied with her spectacles (both pairs). Last week I was back there to get new specs for myself. Ms Nicholson is still there, thank goodness, and still provides excellent service and exudes an attitude of genuine care about her clients. I collected my new specs today and am extremely happy with them (again, two pairs, at half the price I paid at a private optometrist for one disastrous pair of multifocals).
This young woman is a credit to her profession, and to herself for being a caring, careful and very thorough optom.
Thank you Ms Nicholson and staff. We'll be back - and recommend you to all our visually impaired friends and acquaintances :)
