My wife Francis De Souza was taken ill and landed in Milpark Hospital got discharged on Thursday 26/090/2013. Dr Pahad gave a prescription of which I took to the hospital pharmacy. The pharmist almot took 1 and half hours to sort the medication including the insulin. He never advised me that I require needles to administer the drug. The patient had to wait until he decided to get the medcines together. On Monday 30/09/2013 I went to see the manager who was off. I laid my concerns with the assistant manager who promised I will be kept in the loop of the incident. She phoned on Tuesday and told me she discussed the matter with the manager but the pharmacist is off sick and will get back to me. I am still waiting! This is very bad business practice.
