15 weeks and no action

My mother purchased two tubs of Mediscalp conditioner and found its consistancy was just not thick enough. She contacted their toll free number 0800 122912 & 15 Weeks later its just been promises and excuses one after the other. I subsequently called again yesterday and a Rochelle assured me that by today they will collect and replace the products before 10:00am. It is 12:00pm and I haven't even received a call to confirm whether the products was collected. I have called again but I just feel like its another excuse apparently the courier is to blame. This is not how a reputable organisation deals with customers and their greavences of their product & its deficiencies.
