An account was received from Milpark Hospital on the 5/7/2013 to which payment was immediately done via eft.
Since then a debt collection company ("NEW DEBT MANAGEMENT" with the rudest staff members) has called on a daily basis with regards to payment. How can a paid account be handed over. This smacks of total incompetence. Who is to blame? Milpark Hospital!
The amount of telephone calls received from "NDM" is tantamount to harassment. Why must proof be e-mailed to NDM. Milpark Hospital has all the proof!!!
