Shoprite
Expired Medication for my child (Prescription)

On the 25/07/2013 my daughter was discharged from the hospital (Botshelong Clinix) and then we decided to get her prescription from shoprite checkers because they have reasonable price not knowing that i will be putting my daughter in danger. They gave us the medication that the expiry date states (EXP:07/2013) the medication that we bought is Nexiam 10mg sachets. What really make s me mad about the whole issue that am going to take the matters worse, Buhle Mavuso did not want to apologise for the matter, what she had to says the medication will expire end of the month but on the sachet that i still had with since i wanted to buy on efor my own investigation it does not have any date that states end of the month there. She also went on to say that the medication has three months window perion and we talking about the medication that we had to give a three year old child hey, she is one of the manangers that does not give a about her customers.
Ans when i mention about the refund this mananger (Buhle Mavuso) refused to refund me back my money, i had to fight with her and deman to speak to the other manager (Assistant Manager - Eric Khumalo. Nobody apologised for this issue
