I won't tolerate debiting my account as pleased

I don't know who the gives discovery med the right to '"Double" debit my account.

I activated me medical aid end of march (25) I waited for the debit order on the 1st of april. I called no answer I don't know why they have a phone!

2nd of may 4am I get an SMS my account was double debited!!!
W if I only had enough for 1 contribution? I was not informed once that I was in arrears so to speak. Why did they activate the medical aid and not notify me about payment details?

They will be removed of debit Order Asap!!!

I heard a lot of about discovery only their a month and already looking for a new medical aid!
