Hi Discovery, I'd like to thank you for being completely useless, you guys really do a great job at it!!! I joined near the end of October, so was active on medical aid from the 1st of November. In November on my 1st month I got debited twice. Wow what a great experience on my first month with you guys. When I complained, I was told that I wouldn't be able to be refunded for the extra payment that went off, but I would be credited and a payment won't be taken off the following month. Well today I woke up with a notification that a payment had in-fact been taken off again and it's also a payment on the 2014 Premium already. So it seems that it's a little past your intellectual and mental ability to set up a simple debit order and make sure that it goes off correctly. I'd hate to know what happens if one had to claim for a medical procedure. Please contact me urgently...
