I was admitted to hospital. When I was discharged from hospital I received a message from hospital that authorization was declined. When I called Transmed I was told that it is not covered by PMB. Now how am I supposed to know what is covered? Last time I checked I was covered for private hospitals and I went to a hospital as far as I can remember. So Im paying for a hospital plan but I don't have a Medical Aid. Because Im not covered you took the last sent from my savings plan and now there is no use for this also. When I call no one can explain to me how this works and why Im not covered. You just give me all these medical terms. Im technical and Im sure you wont understand that either. If I knew anything about medical terms then there is no use for me to see a doctor. In the past we were not allowed to go to any other medical scheme but Transmed. Now we can and Im busy with that. I will go where I know I have a medical aid covering my hospital expenses and where the Customer center can explain to someone that don't understand all the medical terms. After requesting full details of what was paid for and what not I did not receive any to date. What a bad service. Transmed n00b5
