To whom this may concern
In June, I went into the hospital for an injured knee. We called and got everything that you tell us we require and sent it threw to Olive dale Clinic. We are now receiving this bill and the hospital says you haven't paid it.
The main member Faxed details, sent e-mails, spoke to all sorts of people and yet every thing is just being ignored!!! Every time now we have had some or other problem with you people! WHAT THE IS GOING ON!
This is really unacceptable! If the Hospital is sending the accounts to the wrong place, get your bums into gear and go and get someone to train them!!!
When is this account being sorted? How many more e-mails and phone calls must be made before someone decides to actually do their job?
Really if this is not sorted I am very sure that the local news paper will gladly help me and all the other complaints on hello peter to write a public complaint about the so pathetic service! you should be ashamed of yourselves!
What is it was you? You have made all these promises yet you feel nothing to allow your clients to sit and worry bout how its going to be paid!
