I have contacted Medshield on numerous occasion on my elderly parents behalf. My Dad went into hospital in October 2012 and while there was rushed in for an emergency life threatening operation. After my Mom phoning daily to follow up as they are receiving letter of demand she gets told a different story all the time. Yesterday I e-mailed bills through and got a mail back saying my bills are not clear and the reference is going to be closed. (But yet all these original bills should be on hand) I think it is pure lazyness on Medshileds behalf. I want this account to be looked into properly and valid reasons for non payments to be given and everything was done in hospital, and my parents pay a fortune every month.
