On 8 May 2013 I ordered positioning pillows for my severely disabled child. On the order it was stated delivery between 10 - 12 weeks. Some of the items were delivered but some are still outstanding. Enquiries to the managing director end requests to give me feedback, is only empty promises. Although it is imported from France (according to Me Brandt, after my last enquiry on 9 September 2013, she said they awaits the tracking numbers in order to do a follow up and that was the last response form her at 08:44 on 9 Sept 2013.
