Dont buy orthopaedic pillows

I I have ordered and paid for orthopaedic pillows from groupon in mid november 2012. Over two months later, at least 10 phone calls and 5 emails later, group continues to ignore my requests for assistance as to why I still have not received delivery of these. No returned calls, no follow up, and no "email updates" as they like to promise. Shockingly the groupon agents have repeatedly about the status of the delivery. I am at wits end and appalled at the dishonest practices of groupon. save yourself please steer clear of groupon. Order direct from suppliers and don't be caught.
