Waiting 2 hours for doctor, then another hour for x-ray, then 1 hour to book into ward with no bed for the mother to stay over with the child and rest. Crying 4 year old daughter did not want to stay without the mother, so I decided to leave my cell no and go home. Had to fill in form but my wife felt dizzy and had to take her home. Also wrote details of my daughter down wrong. Incompetent, disappointed with bad attitude and service. Only one doctor in casualty. Supposed to be private hospital but sorry to say, I would have gone to government hospital if I knew how bad the service was. They even kept my copied paid x-rays I requested. Paid R1500 for service, doctor etc. but get treated like a second hand citizen. Money machine these hospitals.
