Discovery Health Short pays for Disabled child

I Have a child that is severely Disabled and get tube feeding. This is the only means of him eating without this he will die. We buy this tube form the supplier PHI/Imani/Siter van Jaarsveld in South Africa, they are the only manufacturer of the product in the world. Discovery pays for the item but SHORT PAYS (refunds us) by a R1000 .Discovery says that is the rate. I have spend hours on the phone with them to please give us the supplier with this price after 5 phone calls and almost 3 hour of holding on and been send up and down No one can resolve this or have the decency to phone back only promises. Even a "Senior Manager" has not phoned me back by the name Bongani Ref 2785431518 other ref before are Ref 277380449 and 2783101989 .This will be my last resort before I will take it to the papers
