My wallet was earlier this year with my discovery card in. On the 22nd April 2013 my card was reported and new card was ordered. This is suppose to take 4-6 weeks so i should have by the latest received my card by the 31st May 2013. In June I called and my card was never sent for some unknown reason so i have to order the card all over again and wait another 4-6 weeks which mean I should have received it by latest mid July after being very patient I called again today 23 September 2013 as I have now been without a membership card for 22 weeks and yet again I had to re-order and not have to wait another 4-6 weeks. This is very frustrating and very unprofessional from Discover if they can not even delivery a card to me in 4-6 weeks I am scared to find out what will happen if I have a real emergency. I am to say the least and I expect someone to give me a call and explain what the is going on.
