5 Months as a member with Discovery. Still no Card

I Joined Discovery Health in June 2013.
I was told I would receive a welcome pack and my Medical Aid card together with it.
I called in July and was told they will request a new one and it would take 6 weeks for delivery.
In September I still had not received anything, again I called and was told they would courier everything to my office the following week.
It is now the middle of October, I have been with Discovery for nearly 6 months and received absolutely NOTHING.
I am beginning to feel that I am paying for a and am considering leaving
