I got a statement saying I owed R727.00 in March / April of this year. I then went ahead and paid it on the 8th June. The latest payment, dated 31st August, still shows this as outstanding.
Exceptionally frustrating! I have emailed Medshield, but of course it goes to a faceless email queue, with no human contact.
They are hiding behing bad processes. All I want is for my account to reflect correctly!!
