A few weeks ago I reported Medshield for being unwilling to pay for my spinal procedures. After a couple of weeks Medshield referred me to a specialist in Pretoria. This was for a second opinion. This dr namely Dr Raath from Jakaranda Hospital undertook triple rhizotommies and I woke up the next day totally pain free. I cannot tell you how grateful I am. Thank you Medshield. I understand that we will have to do more interventions a little later according to Dr Raath but this relief is indescribable. Well done and thank you so very very much
