On the 26/03 I sent an application form to Medshield together with a motivation letter requesting that the waiting period on the chronic medication be waived due to change in membership. The previous membership was in my dad's name and he has since passed away hence the new application. I have emailed all supoorting documents to Medshield and have tried to follow up twice with them but to no avail. I had no response regarding the outcome of the application and whether the waiting period will be waived.
