Filled out applications form to joint Medshield medical aid and emailed it to them on the 7 January 2014. Nothing has happened yet and no feedback was received from them yet!!! When I called them they said they only received the application form on the 16th which is a total lie! Now do I stick with Medshield or do I look for better service?
