I'm very disappointed I had to work with someone who is so unprofessional and expects his clients to be happy with his substandard services. He specialises in dealing with doctors so you would expect he would know that we dont have time to be chasing after him/his assistant to deliver services. He convinced me to join discovery in July 13 ever since then before I told him I am changing consultants I had communicated with him about 3 or 4 times max because after you have signed he wants us to deal with his assistant which I have communicated with more than 20 times in order for my things to get done as they were taking too long. Basically in these 3 months of me being promised that my vitality card (my main reason I moved to discovery life) and other documents will be delivered at the hospital on about 4-5 different occasions they werent delivered, only to be told by Derek that I was being over dramatic over a card when I told him I was changing consultants which is only after that I got my documents (17 September) and they have had these things for abt a month. Moreover in July I asked them to cancel my old mutual investment & I still have not recieved my payout. And Im not the only 1.
