Discovery rent from clients

I saw a dentist on the 29th of August 2013. I had to pay the full amount and then try and claim back from Discovery. Up until today NO payment has been made to me. So a good 19 days of rent that discovery is drawing from the amount that is supposed to be paid to me. It might seem little but imagine if this is their MO with all their clients? Daily they could be making millions in rent, just because they take their time in paying out claims.
