Reported on year ago & nothing. Sipho Mathe cancelled wife's Virgin Active contract without notice. Caught him out on 3 occasions with information supplied. Said I can do nothing as CEO & board will support him even if wrong, then refuses to listen, never returns calls, uses corruption to rob millions of customers. After I educated him on Vitality shortfalls & loopholes, he started fixing them with his boss to look the big hero. His Manager phoned to confirm her support for the corrupt practices. CEO will never see the abuse we are experiencing since all escalations are blocked by a staging front. Only the good news filters through, Governance & customer abuse can cost people their jobs so it' well hidden. No communication received which Sipho agrees but will never change his mind. Has audacity telling to go to court if I wanted to take it further. Dr Craig Nossel sends me a messages but hides when problems arise and cannot be reached & will never assist. How longer will rot continue before the law exposes corrupt practices? Virgin active still deducts the gym membership each month to date. How rotten is this.want my money back and reinstated.
