Following my complaint against discovery vitality on 16 june where they canceled my gym membership due to not going to the required number of times, vitality found that i had infact gone the correct numbers of times, and saidf they were going to re instate my contract,
this was their respoinse
"Hi Josef, we have great news on further investigation we found we did not receive one visit you made from Virgin Active which means your Virgin Active gym membership has been reinstated. You will receive further information via email. MW"
imagine my surprise when i went to the gym on 7 july only to be told MYMEMBERSHIP HAD ACTUALLY BEEN CANCELLED.
