Error in capturing proper details

It is with great sadness that a big company like Lancet would inconvinience me as a patient and put me on ITC for their own mistake of not putting the ICD code for samples they took from me on the invoice sent to my Medical Aid. I do not know their internal processes or codes of medicals thus I couldn't have put it in myself on the forms. Thus this mistake of not putting in the ICD code on the invoice has coursed them a decline. My Med-Aid declined to pay the invoice as there was no ICD code. Now I don't understand that after such a long period of time that they experienced a non payment that they would only get me involved now since February 2013 they've been sitting with the problem. Now the claimis not being paid becouse of the missing info now the put me on ITC, I mean that should be between them and my med-aid to give each other the correct missing info so that the claim can be processed. Now they tell me that the claim is stail. They should back date or resend the invoice back to my med-aid with the ICD cde on the invoice so that this claim can be paid to them. I need not to be inconvinienced about this as it spoils my name. Thye should act to such crisis as a matter of urgen
