Had the same experience! They phone me weekly to demand payment. Every single time I give them my PO Box details and request that an invoice me send to me, but to avail!! How can they expect me to pay any amount of money to them, if they don't give me an invoice? And in the meantime they keep on phoning me, and send me threatening sms's! I will never ever again use them. And I will make sure that every medical person that send my bloodworks away will definitely not use Lancet!
