I called Lancet Accounts call center on the 21st & 22nd of January 2013 trying to get a procedure code for my blood test that I had done & paid cash for. They have put a default code of 9999 on the statement & they say they don't know the correct code that Discovery Health is wanting. I called Discovery Health & they say that Lancet should know the code & if they don't they need to be in contact with the Provider Services call center & they will assist them with the correct code. I am now sitting in the middle of this my claim won't be processed & I will not be refunded the monies due to Lancet not following procedure.
