Hi My name is Phuti i have a problem with discovery, i was with them for three months and paid for those three months, my medical aid nimber is 417892801, according to them there was no waiting period for the chronic disease that i have, so they gave me the code b24, then Lancet claimed their money, they rejected the claim saying lancet must put the code on each an every line and lancet said they cannot change their format as the medical aid is aware of the format and the b24 code is appearing on the statement as they wanted, so i do not know where to turn to as discovery is refusing to pay, discovery referrence number 2813026480, today the 22.04.2013 @ 5 minutes to nine am i spoke to a man called Barry who is now telling me that they wont pay for the claim, the first person that i was speaking to was Katlego Ramofolo. iwhat i want is for them is to pay the account as i have been phoning them from the day lancet told me to pay the account as discovery is rejecting the claim.
