I had a returned debt order from Discovery health and they contacted me and I arranged for them to redebt they did so on the 9th September 2012 its now 13th September and no one has contacted us to let us know that it has been reinstated. I had a possible broken hand on Monday the 9th September and went through to the dr and they said we are unable to help me as my medical aid has been suspeneded. Its now the 13th September and I have been on the phone for a hour trying to find out what is going on.
Can discovery not adviuse clients of re-instatement. Apparently, message was sent, but no proof can be given.
Poor showing for a company that seems to be the market leaders in their field!!!
