Call discovery to finalise my account, the call centre agent told me on the 18 September I can do a eft for them by the 26 September... before doin the transfer on the 26 September I call them to confirm and the agent then told me its all good.. I went ahead and done the transfer, only to get another call from discovery (the exact call center agent 10mins later) telling me I need to do the new months transfer as my other eft's never went off my account... so I do the transfer... then on the 1 October discover debits my account for that full amount after I done the payment on the 26 September.. and because it was such a huge amount all my debit orders bounced leaving my account in one big mess. Not to meantion jow everything bounced thanks to this big mess. when I call discover to speak to a manager she tells me the finance department says they cant pay any bank charges.. leaving me completely in red...
