I placed an order for a wheelchair with CE Mobility In September 2013. They confirmed receiving payment from Discovery on the 17th September 2013. I have personally imported a wheelchair from the USA, the same place CE Mobility import their stock from and within 8 weeks I had my wheelchair. It is now going on 5 and a half months and no one can tell me when I am to receive my wheelchair. I can never get hold of anyone at CE Mobility who can assist me as their sales manager is always out along with the physiotherapist with whom I placed the order. Service??? You can't complain about their service as there simply is no service!!! How the do people like this get onto the "Preferred Suppliers" list of a company as big as Discovery Medical Aid? Are they not monitored for their service or lack there of? I am more than unhappy!!! I am disgusted to say the least!!!
