My son was born on the 11th of September 2012. When I added him to my plan, I was told I would receive a new card with my updated details and my son's name on it. I was told it takes 4-6 weeks however nothing arrived. I contacted Discovery on the 10th of January as I received a sms requesting that I update my details. I spoke to Reuben Moodley and again requested my new card. Again I was told 4-6 weeks waiting time, but I never received anything. I sent another email asking what is going on and I received a email from Discovery on the 13th of February which said that a new card had been requested and sent to my correct address. However, I received nothing. On the 13th of March, I sent Discovery another email requesting my new card, but never got a response. I really want this to be sorted out and to receive my new card.
