No Response to my email query

Good Afternoon All

I lodged the following query with Discovery Health in relation to my medical aid that was suspended in June

I mailed them on the 18th September from my gmail account [Email Removed] to the [Email Removed] to convey to them that I was recently unemployed and could not make payments.

I have requested to be contacted to find out how best I could get back onto my Medical Aid. Till today no feedback has been received.

Mail was sent to them on the 18th September 203 at 2:05 pm see header below
